Everyone in the community can relate to this meme. A picture of my hand with all the pills I take in the morning. And that's not all! This is just my morning dose, I also take some right when I wake up before my morning dose, some in the afternoon and some before I go to bed.
While my daughter was heaving breakfast, I got all my pills out. She asked me what I was doing and I thought, Chronic illness be like: time for breakfast! Hahahaha
Personally I don't take pharmaceutical medicine on a daily basis. These are all supplements and essential oils. The yellowy oil in one of the capsules is a mix I make daily, tailored to what I need at that specific moment.
